All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information where available.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

 

Canada

Standard: Free on orders over $75 CAD, otherwise $12 CAD — estimated delivery 7–12 business days.

 

International (worldwide)

Standard International: $9.99 CAD flat rate — estimated delivery 7–12 business days, tracking included.

 

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand. LuceDrip is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once a package has shipped.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
